No cookie cutter routines or one-size-fits-all approaches. Those are your tickets to poor results and injuries and why we’re gonna build for you a personalized program that fuses the exact combination of resistance training, high intensity cardio, and mobility drills to drive your body forward and keep you injury free.

Resistance Training

Resistance training will form the backbone of your program because it’s your key to building muscle and strength, and toning your body. We’re gonna emphasize big lifts like squats, deadlifts, bench press and rows, perfect your form, and progress you step by step until we’ve crafted your dream physique.

High Intensity Cardio

We’ll use high intensity cardio drills like interval training and sprinting to ignite your speed and stamina, fortify your health, and drive an extra caloric burn. And we’ll incorporate a variety of drills to keep your workouts fresh, unlock your athleticism, and keep you challenged away from the weights.

Mobility

We’ve gotta keep you “in the game” to keep you moving forward. We’re gonna weave in posture, mobility, rehab, and “pre-hab” exercises to lay your foundation, restore your movement, and bulletproof your body so you can excel on the field and in life and prevent injuries and pain before they strike.

Eating healthy is also the biggest part of transforming our health too. But “getting command of your eating” takes more than just “being disciplined.” It takes nailing five key pillars. Here’s how we’re going to get you command of your eating and transform your health and waistline once and for all.

Pillar One: Nail What To Eat

First, we’re going to get crystal clear on what foods are healthy, what foods are unhealthy, what foods to eat more of, and what foods to eat less of. This way, you’ll know exactly what to eat when the moment arrives and stop feeling confused and overwhelmed by all the contradictory information out there.

Second, we’re going to set an accurate, and healthy, caloric budget. Outline out the easiest way for you to track your food. And show you the easiest way to estimate portion sizes. I train all my students at Sports Lab NYC. Sports Lab NYC is New York’s newest, largest, and best equipped private training facility and provides a full locker room and complimentary towel service. Sports Lab is located at 295 Madison Avenue with a private entrance on 41st between Madison and Park Avenue South. Sports Lab is home to a growing community of NYC’s finest and friendliest coaches. The vibe is supportive and welcoming, focused and hard working, and encouraging and fun.

All Sessions Are 60 Minutes In Length.

12 Session Package: $2040 ($170 Per Session.)

24 session package: $3840 ($160 Per Session.)
